Ability to move reactions in messages

It would be nice to see a feature that allows Administrators to manage reactions in messages. Like, I can see this being useful e.g. in role menu because when you add a new role in it between other roles, your new reaction to it will only be at the end and you have to put your role at the end as well. These situations like this is sometimes annoying because someone prefers to have everything sorted alphabetically and they just must remove all reactions because they have no other choice. I think it would probably also be useful in other situations!
