Subtitle Chat for people with no microphone
What if server owners had the option to add subtitle channels for people with no microphones?
As someone who sees many people attempt to take part in the voice chat without a microphone while watching streams, I notice that I miss what some people in the text channel are saying. I think that adding the option to have some users display subtitles from a special channel will help them participate in the conversation a little more even without microphones.
