Timestamp format with timezone
I recently found out about the format to specify timestamps in chat (https://hammertime.djdavid98.art/), and it's really handy for scheduling things. But a member of our discord voiced concerns because none of the formats shows the timezone that is being displayed. For example, Brazil stopped using daylight saving time not too long ago, and not all software seems to handle that correctly. Thus it would be useful to see the timezone that is being displayed, so that users can check whether it's the one they would expect.

maybe just extend the "F" format (which I assume is "full"), e.g. like "Wednesday, August 18, 2021 12:30 AM EDT (in 4 hours)" to make it unambiguous.

I'm in a server with a lot of people who are less computer literate and don't notice that timestamps aren't plain text, even though they display with a different background. Every time someone sends a formatted timestamp there's a bunch of people who ask wHaT tImEzOnE iS tHaT even if you say in the same message that it's automatically converted to local time.
I get that this is a skill issue on their part but it's still annoying and it would be trivially solved by a timestamp format that shows timezone. A bare time is ambiguous but a timestamp with timezone is easy to understand.
