got kicked by a bot in a server and can't join back

so i joined this server before and left and rejoined but the bot kicked me once and it doesn't let me join back and i asked one of the admins and they said there is nothing in the audit log and it shows a blank page and then goes back to where i last was and i tried joining back with other phones and alts and the problem is in my account
