Do Not Disturb needs better functionality.

Hello, person with ADHD here. If a customization menu were to be added for what Do Not Disturb mutes, this would be really useful:

"Unread Message icon badge while Do Not Disturb is on?"

"Pings / audio notifications while Do Not Disturb is on?"

"Unread Message badges on servers?"

"Unread Direct Message badge notifications?" Which I will explain here:

If you're like me and have a lot of friends added, and you get VERY easily distracted from messages, when anyone messages you, it's almost always impossible not to see what it is. My friends message me often, usually asking if I'd like to play something, or for something else unrelated.

Do Not Disturb muting direct message notifications and/or servers would work just like right clicking any of these "channels" to mute them, except Do Not Disturb would apply it globally (not actually muting them as a setting, technically) until it's turned back off. Then, maybe you could get the notifications after? There's a lot that could be done with this.

I see this suggested in other feedback posts, a sort of "Focus Mode" kind of thing, where you get notifications, missed calls, etc. after you turn it off. They'd get messaged by Clyde about Focus Mode or your Do Not Disturb setting, a lot of stuff like that.

This post is a little different in that a customization menu for what Do Not Disturb does would be really useful since it does the bare minimum currently. I originally made a Reddit post, but it was taken down since I hadn't made a feedback post here.

Discord, please add this. Getting distracted very easily is already bad enough, and Do Not Disturb does practically nothing to help for anyone reliant on the platform for productivity.
