Show all ongoing voice calls/stages from servers you are in

Add a new option in the "Home" tab that lists all ongoing calls/stages. That way, you can quickly see what is happening in all the servers you are in (which can be quite a lot).

Maybe this could be added into "Active Now", below your friends' activity.
