Can't add new roles or members to advanced category permissions.

I am the owner of the server so I have all admin permissions, but for some reason one category with a lot of channels seems to be bugged. I cannot add other roles or members to the advanced permissions tab on the category. I need to be able to do this to make sure all channels in that category are up to date, any help on how to fix this?

Things I have done to attempt to fix this:

1. Had a discord staff member refresh my server.

2. ctrl+r to refresh my app.

3. Completely re-install the app.

4. Tried editing it on my mobile instead of only desktop.

5. Removed a channel and role from the category.

These have not worked and I have ran out of options, I need this fixed asap, any help will be appreciated.
