Voice Channels swap causes hanging connecting.

When one swaps a voice channel, it sometimes hangs on connecting until times out and auto reconnects then fixes itself. Other method is to manually disconnect and connect.

Would also be nice to allow other users on channel to see when still in process of connecting instead, it now sees you as online and connected, while you are still in process of connecting.
