Voice channel Queue

I think it would be a good idea to be able to queue yourself to a voice channel so you aren't connected to it but others can see that you're there. This gets Discord a better stability and when an other person goes into the same channel, your queue gets deleted and you're in the channel to talk with him/her.

And you get automatically queued when you're in a channel for too long.
