Is it even possible to get the same numbers in your username and tag?

The thing is that I’ve recently set up my username same as my tag, but the tag didn’t change. So, now I have the same 4 numbers in my username and the tag. I’m curious if this is some kind of a bug, or does anybody got in the same situation as me?
