Channels can no longer be mobilized!

Sorry for the inconvenience, but with the latest updates it is no longer possible to move a channel up or down within a category ... When you try to move you get a jpg file/something  like that: and you can't move the channel in any case!

Please fix it

  Yes! I am having this problem as well brother.  I need help :-:
