Allow the option to customize NSFW content filter in group chats

Basically what this would entail is group chat owners would have full control over whether an NSFW post gets shown or not. The way this would work is there would be three options: Option 1 would make it so that all NSFW posts are not shown, so if an NSFW link gets posted, it doesn't embed. If an image gets posted, it becomes a link based on the image name. Option 2 would make it so that links would embed and images would be posted, but a spoiler block would be placed onto them, even if the image doesn't have SPOILER in its name. The third and final option would pretty much just allow links to embed and images to be posted no problem. I for one think this would be a great boon for those who want to post NSFW, but don't want to have to jump through so many hoops in order for it to be shown to others. There's probably more examples, but that's just the first one I could come up with off the top of my head.
