Option to hear mic playback while you're in a call

When Socializing in Discord using a headset it is hard to hear your surroundings such as (Phone, Other People In The Same Room, etc) so an option to hear your mic playback to you while in a call would be useful in situations like waiting for a package (the knocking on the door) ,maybe if you're a parent gamer you can hear what you're children are doing without having to sit right next to them, or if you live with people that sometimes need to tell you something urgent then you can do so without taking off your headset or if you're a weirdo like me and just like the sound of your own keyboard (maybe even a bind to toggle the feature)

another use for this feature would be mic troubleshooting as sometimes when you get to the "mic test" area the problem has gone away due to mouse clicks
