Limit max db on voice channels

Hello!

I would realy like to have a feature that helps you to automatically adjust people's voice volume on voice channels. Turns out that playing on volume is not enough, because if someone moves backward or forward from his/her microphone, you have to adjust again the volume.
Having a way to say "I want all volume in that voice channel to XX db" would be awesome. This way, volume would automatically change to be XX db.
