Allow recovery of friends and servers list after 2fa lockout

We’re all going to die so yolo
If someone is locked out of their account because of a 2fa lockout being able to recover their friends list and server list will be helpful since they have to make a whole new account

    This part, since this seems to be an issue that has been in place even a year ago according to all the pages I have found talking about phone verification. It is ridiculous. I have had my account since before 2017, I never made a second account to have my phone number on it. But, apparently changing your email makes a whole new account for you on the side. Absolutely ridiculous. If I have to remake a new account, it won't last because I can't even verify it with my phone number. Discord genuinely needs to do something about this.
