Convert Threads to Channels and Otherwise

Threads got added, that's handy, but what would be even more handy if we - instead of deleting a bunch of important history, could simply convert a channel into a thread and let it archive.

Otherwise simultaneously, it would be interesting if a thread channel could be converted into a proper channel if say activity reaches.

The UI/UX is also simple: Just like with dragging channels into categories, drag threads into channels.

  I fully support this suggestion. My servermates and I were also contemplating on making a thread into a channel because the conversation just kept growing into its own thing. But if we make a new channel, it would be as if we were starting from scratch, but we want to preserve the messages from the thread and put that into the channel.

  Hoping this is something that Discord can work towards! The updates on threads and moderation are super great, and adding this would make it even better.

  This is an even-more-helpful version of the other, larger suggestion thread of “convert threads to channels”.  Definitely support it.
