I wonder why Discord support isn't doing anything

Yes hello. I got 26.1.2022 email from discord disabling my account for MISTAKE breaking TOS. I've replied to them with any information they needed and of course. No help, no repsond, just bot replying that it recieve my email. I wonder how discord is helping people? like what is THE SUPPORT for? I don't understand why can't you discord supporters handle our tickets and help us. Get our positive feedback. instead of we don't get any help from you. I wanted my account back, because I got reported for mistake. and yet. thanks to you discord support I won't get the support I supposed to get right now. I really enjoy discord. I've been using this app for 4years, I really do enjoy it. but seeing people had that same issue and they must create another account where they lost their friends, server they enjoy spending time in there, had a lot stuff like Bot commands they've made or want to show some poeple support for their server, but like now everything is gone, they can't contact their old friends to add them to new account, it's like...not fair. Please Discord do something already, you deserve from us positive feedbacks and help as well, like we find for you some bugs or people are trying to hack account for fun.
