Silent disconnection from voice chat

Add an option to silently disconnect from voice chat, regardless of the sound settings of other people in the group, maybe we could get to it by holding shift and then clicking disconnect. This would be useful to leave a voice chat in case somebody in the channel fell asleep. As far as I know, all options like deafening them make sounds on their end that might wake them up (and that would also require admin so most people couldn't do it anyway).
