I got hacked

My Account got hacked back in Jan 23 and I have put in 3 ticket and havn't got any help I would like my account back plz

The Account Name is Darkaino#8535

    now it says my account is banned until 5/1/22 2:04 am when I put in my phone number I will like help to get it back I got hacked and haven't got any help for 12 days and they try to buy a lot of nitro gift through paypal my ticket are 20903472, 20423518, and 20440147
