My original Discord account was hacked, and Discord "support" hasn't responded in 2 weeks

Is this normal?  Why does it take so long? I just want to talk with all the people on my old account that I'll never see again if I don't get it back.

    We are sorry for the problem you are experiencing.

    Opening links from people you don't know can cause this problem.

    If your email address has not changed, please use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password and recover your account!
