Blacklist all bad domains from being added as redirects on OAuth2 in Developer Portal

Developers Portal Improvements

All known bad domains (https://cdn.discordapp.com/bad-domains/hashes.json) should be blacklisted from being added as redirects on OAuth2 in Developer Portal. This will prevent phishing domains from being opened after inviting a bot to your community.
