I got hacked the last Friday and I just did a request to the support team

I got hacked the last Friday and I just did a request to the support team and they email me an automatic message telling me to 1-change the password (I can't) 2-see if the hacker change the email (he did) and if so, reply the email with the original email and the discord tag, I did it, I reply the email with all the information and even with screenshots, and there have been 3 days and no respond... that account is like 7 years old and have great sentimental value to me, all my friends, all the servers, even the nitro I just bought, but the support team doesn't contact me, idk how much longer I'll have to wait until a respond, and idk what is this guy on my account doing, maybe scamming people with it or my friends. I hope to get help soon... hopefully

    I have to actually disagree, i opend up a ticket a week ago, no reply at first either, but they reached out to me, and actually disabled it for now, started to reset the E-Mail back to my Account and once i get further instructions it looks like i can restore it, so just be patient and don't loose hope! :)
