DM's should be set to "OFF" as default

There are way too many scammers DM'ing unfamiliar users. Every server I join has this problem and ALL of them recommend turning DM's "OFF" 

Discord should, by default, set all DM's to "OFF" and users who want DM's "ON" should actively do so themselves.

    This is actually so true. Instead of this when you make your account it should give an option to disable so that you know your account has DM's on and you can disable it when your acc is made.
