Is creating multiple accounts to evade discord ban allowed?

Is it allowed that, when my discord account is terminated I create a new one?

It says that "You may, as the result of termination lose your Account and all information and data associated therewith, including without limitation your Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, as applicable, and the Company is under no obligation to compensate you for any such loss". Nowhere does it say you can't create alts

    There is no prohibition on creating a new Discord account after one gets suspended. I strongly suggest you do not repeat the behavior that got the first account suspended. 

    If you were banned from a server, it is prohibited to use another account to join the server. If you were blocked from messaging someone, it is prohibited to use another account to message them.

    I did that and as soon as i finished just now it just got flagged for bullshit. I didn't even have the chance to set a damn pfp. I think the Discord team is corrupt and disabling all accounts for something

    Your account was probably falsely disabled by the automatic system, like mine. Unfortunately for me my account is dead it has been 14 days only clyde respond to my email saying no.
