3 weeks and account still not free

about 4 weeks ago I had a Corona infection and as a result 9,90€ were not transferred on time. My account was immediately blocked.Despite multiple requests and explanation as well as transfer of the amount of money I still can not use my server. I find it an impertinence to block immediately and not to respond to the unlocking weeks. More than a copy of the transfer and explanation I can not offer. I will no longer run NITRO subscription if immediately in this way is reacted.

    As far as I can see this is not your fault but it is not discord's either.

    In my opinion discord can't just give you the services if you don't pay for them even if you were physically unable. Also, discord deletes and/or anonymizes all messages related to your account in 14-30 days so there is no getting your account back.

    Anyway discord support is really bad my account is falsely disabled too. Creating alts can be a solution just be careful.
