Multiple Tickets Opened NO reply. Account Suspended due to refuded charges.

I have opened Multiple Tickets Opened NO reply. Account Suspended due to refuted charges. I have done the steps Discord has asked me to get my account back of many years to NO reply. When I check my tickets it says "Open" or "Solved". I haven't got a response. I am trying not to be impatient but I am so worried my account is gone forever :(. Any help please?

    i had my acc diusabled due to bots but whenever i raise a thing they just mark it solved. and this is my 3rd request
