I want to delete my account - doesn't work

I tried to follow the instructions to Permanently delete my account. The directions are obsolete, and can't be performed. Please delete my Account. I never use it, or intend to.

    Hey all you got to do is once it shows where your email and phone # is just scroll down on that side and click delete. You must put your password in and not sign in for 14-30 days
