hacked account again

after recovering the account yesterday my account was stolen again, I don't know how they did it, I changed the password and activated the two-factor authentication, now I want to enter and I can't even recover the password with the email that was associated at the beginning because they changed the email. please answer yesterday they attended me and solved the issue quickly I don't understand why they delay, I hope they haven't given access to the hacker who opened a request and they have given him the account

    Same thing is happening to me. They said they'd "suspend access to the account" but my friends are saying that the account is bouncing all over from green to DND. Then just today I got an email saying the email address was changed.
