I cant log in my account because I am "blacklisted" by cloudflare

so when i got into discord from my phone it wouldnt load nothing so i deleted it and downloaded again and when i tried logging in my account it said "your IP address is currently blacklisted by cloudflare" i dont know what i did and i dont know how to fix it can someone help me?

    yeah i think its a discord malfunction, it happend to a lot of people like RIGHT NOW so
