Discord hacked and 1 email received?!

Yo, why do I have to jump through hoops to even attempt to contact someone at discord to try and get my account back that has my debit card? This is seriously ridiculous. Why is there no live chat feature, or some better system in place to talk to literally anyone!? This is the worst service I have encountered.

    There's a hacker on my account as we speak trying to message everyone I know to scam them
