Discord Automated Support

Discords support has been far worse than I expected. With long wait time, and fully automated responses, it's not what you'd expect from a company this big. My last few tickets have been handled fully automatically, even after they wrongly terminated an account. They are now refusing to transfer one of my server's ownership to my account, even though it meets all the criteria. I am debating submitting an official complaint against them if this continues.

    Chubbyduck1 Hey i would not report Discord yet they have alot of tickets to solve each day. Just try to be patient. If your account was terminated and the server you wanted was on that account which was terminated then it may be too late to get. You will most likely have to make it all over once again

    Alex Mason discord does not delete discord servers of the terminated account. And I've more than one ticket like this, only with fully automated responses, and sometimes without even replying, it'd be closed.
