my account was hacked and discord, isnt replying

so my account was hacked, i submitted a request, and they replied and said its been esclated but now its been 3 days, and still nothing,

the account is clearly mine, my socials are still linked to the account and i have nitro on the account aswel.

the hacker changed my email and password, so i cant login :/ and also, i never recieved a email saying confirm new location or and email saying my password was changed etc.

so im guessing he "brurte forced" hacked my account

please, Please discord, help me get back my account :(
