my account got hacked a month ago, how long can i expect to wait for a reply??

Can you login at all? If not i would recommend doing forgot email/password

Have you made a ticket through "Account Recovery"? It's much faster than going through "hacked account" ticket because I done it before, and they did not look at the hacked account ticket at all. They responded through account recovery after a day or two when you made your ticket. For me, it took a whole week to sort it out. If you haven't activated 2FA nor got the backup codes, let them know that you haven't done it and they can remove the 2FA temporarily. You'll be able to recover your account by then.
