Request to reactivate an account that has been disabled.

Greetings, my account was disabled, I don't know why, I didn't make any kind of misuse and if this is the case it was not intentional, I use the account for educational purposes, once I use it to communicate with the course class that I do I have lost important information in passing through the group's servers, due to this deactivation. I tried to create another account, but the same problem arises, I believe this is due to my registration data.

I urge you to reactivate the account, and inform me of the precautions to be taken so that such deactivation does not occur again.

I have made other requests with the same objective, but have not received a response so far.
