Morocco SMS Verification issue

I've asked 15 of my friends from Different Cities all have same issue, No can receive 2fa SMS verification nor can they verify their account, and because of this I'm locked out of my account; I've talked to support 5 times now, and always they respond with copy paste response

 

so if You're Moroccan, Please comment if you have same issue, and Please add your sim Prover, in my case it's "Maroc Telecom"
