Discord support…

I know this has been posted a thousand times already, but since the amount of complaints don’t seem to inspire Discord to take action, I’ll add this to the pile. I have never encountered a more unprofessional, cold-hearted and zero-effort company as discord. The support-section is abysmal, and they don’t care to show even a glimpse of empathy or interest in the issue you have. I contacted support with a full explanation of my side of the story, buy they just let Clyde (the bot) take care of everything and close the ticket. This is bad, discord. And I’m not the only one with an issue that requires/expects an actual human to reply. You know, like every other company in the world does. Lastly; the false(!!!!) accusations Discord has thrown at me also have emotional impact. People don’t like being accused of something they haven’t done. Then again, a bot wouldn’t understand those emotions… Thanks for ruining my week, discord.

    Well said. It's been a week now without discord on my end as well. No way to contact my friends I made and only talk to through this platform. Perma ban with no prior warning and no proof or any explanation of what I did. Bots that respond to countless appeals. Just overall disgusting. Wtf is going on? I implore discord to please take attention to this. This is not ok. I'm sure I speak for everyone in saying, we just want our accounts back. The lack of human support behind these appeals is very sad.

    After getting more generic replies, it’s official

    Discord is the most cancerous service I’ve ever been in contact with. I’ll wait for the day it burns to the ground, and something else comes along.

    Was thinking to create such a post, but Discord provided me with this thread that comes close to my opinion.

    It took 4 people to give me a valid answer because all of them gave me copy paste messages
