Audit Log for timeouts.

Audit logs do not log timeouts in servers which can...be an issue when you have multiple owners and you want to me sure no one is timing someone out with bad intent. An audit log to monitor timeout entries would be nice to have.

    I agree since the timeout is with the "update member" it's difficult to look at and even find. It should be with the timeout symbol next to the ban/kick actions when looking through the audit log not with "update member"
