Hi. It's generally not a good idea to associate somebody else's personal information with your own account.

That said - you may want to try appealing the ban, and if accepted, sort out the phone number issue:
Ban appeals
Click Appeals -> Appeal an action taken on my account 

p.s. I recommend removing the email address from your post - scammers can use it for malicious purposes
