What is wrong with this support ???

So you people in discord have 2 accounts ? one for using discord and another for support ?

What kind of trash concept is this ? 

I created an account here (Support) and it didn't let me log in on discord. So I had to create another account in discord WITH THE SAME EMAIL ! 

In all my life I've always used the same account email for everything. Don't understand why you would let people create a diferent account in support... To make you work worst ? 
And make user experience terrible.

Took me 1 hour to log in discord with the new account because afterall it was a "different account".

I hopw the genious that came up with this ideia isn't working there anymore!

    yes, IDK why you can't just log in using a discord account it's supposed to be one account for all their sites.

    this is done so that if your account is banned, it will be possible to communicate with support! only there is no sense from this, they have not answered me for 10 days!
