Account suddenly disabled

Hi, it has been 17 days since my account was blocked by mistake. I have sent feedback many times, but I have not received your reply.

This account is the founder of  NFT project. Since the account was mistakenly blocked, the popularity of the community has gradually declined because members thought that something was wrong with the project. so please help！thank you.

    as what he said, they really dont care. From my experience just putting "Account" as the title got a response when all other attempts didnt work, but of course im still disabled even though they responded and said they lifted the suspension on it, Im guessing they didnt actually do anything, or they accidently pasted the wrong message and meant to say that they arent lifting my ban. Or maybe  theres a waiting period who knows. Discord support is a total mess tbh if you get disabled, you're more than likely gonna just have to make another acc.
