Delete abandoned/inactive accounts - or at least change their usernames, or allow us to claim the username

There's an account with my code and the name I want, the account is abandoned but discord support can't do anything about it. Please allow us to claim the names of abandoned accounts.

    Bro they won't do anything about it. If you got to enter a phone number then tough luck you may be screwed. Discord support is just automated messages

    Wishful thinking. Maybe the account can stay, but the name and tag number would be reset and if they ever login again they'd have to pick a new name with a new number?
