support needs to change

support will not hear me out even when explaining myself fully and completely and showing that i made an honest mistake and want to help out with things does anyone from discord even read this forum? i doubt it i guess they rather gross tos stuff to continue to be allowed to be posted at all than to listen to someone who made a mistake and wants to show them and help fix stuff

    YES , THANK U. I HAVE IT PROBLEM TOO. my account has been hacked and support think what im stupid and says "press button Forgot Password" and closing my ticked. So bad. and stupid bot clyde, what me stupid and i cant get it
