New method to change/reset password

1.many peoplemay not binding their email with discord 2.people only use phone number to verification may not be able to receive the sms because of many reasons，such as they are in location that have firewall 3.We don't have any method except email and phone number，if these 2 methods are both useless to us，we can't change our password forever So，we need a new verification method If I logged in my discord account in usual phone or ipad，why should I use email or phone to verifie myself again？ I mean，we need another method to help people who cannot use now methods to reset or find their password！！！
