Discord needs to do better in-depth investigations

Recently my account has been disabled for being "underaged".  Like any other person, I immediately e-mailed Discord support asking how I could recover my account.  Discord support told me I could take a selfie with my birth certificate, my Discord username and 4-digit number, and a school ID.  That's where I encountered my issue, I don't have a school ID.  I decided to e-mail them everything else except for the ID but of course I had to include it in my selfie (I am aware I don't have to use a school ID, but I can't get a driver's license or any other form of ID other than a school ID).  So, what's my point?  Carry out more in-depth, thorough investigations.  Because now, I'm locked out of my Discord account with no way back in.  I am beyond angered by this and I'm not getting anywhere with their support team.

    And the funny thing is, the e-mail they sent me prior to making a ticket claimed that "I have indicated that my account is under 13".  Which is quite ridiculous as I have had the account for about 3 years.
