a new account has been created to restore the old one. how is that possible?

 I have 1 discord account, which is registered to my mail vasiliyyalta@gmail.com, his name is Vatnik (Vasily) # 0091. After replacing the hard drive and reinstalling Windows, go to the discord, I saw that I have a new account Vatnik # 6224. How could this happen??? how can I get back access to the Vatnik (Vasily) # 0091 profile. Why did the discord, after recovering the password, create a new profile for me ??
