Add ability to ping online members of a specific role

Sometimes you don't really need the offline users and you'd want to ping the online users who has a specific role, meanwhile you don't want to use @here because it'd ping every online member.

making a channel for that role only and ping @here in it is not a good solve (because administrators can access all channels and you maybe want to add guests to that channel who will be also pinged, beside why just not add it as a feature to discord itself?) but we don't want to waste time on making a channel for every role.

Also many Discord mods, helpers.... would like this further!
