i cant change my password

my discord account had got hacked a day ago and i cant change my password cause i have 2fa on and i reseted my pc so i cant access my 2fa backup codes txt file in files and my google auth on my phone cause i got a new phone can any discord mod please change my password for me my account name is sleepy#4967

    Hey, did you happen to make a Discord support ticket? If you haven't then you won't get a answer or any help from the support bots. As you may already know since you got 2fa on you can either try logging in on your phone or website. There is a way to bypass the code. I don't know if this got fixed or not but it was where if you tried loggin in a browser's incognito mode you will not be required to enter a code. If you can't find your backup codes txt file it may have either been on that device only or on your google drive "if you signed up via Gmail". Those are the only things i can come up with at the moment
