Please Put A Toggle On The "New Server Member" Icon

I run a small private server that acts as a support group. Occasionally, members need to leave for mental health reasons, and when they come back, I try to make their return as quiet as possible so that they don't feel singled out.

The new icon that appears to be rolling out for new server members is actively poisonous to the server I run and any other sort of space that does not try to single out members for the sake of their mental health. I'm not going to question the existence of the icon as an option, since I'm sure that there are servers who might want something like this, but not every single server wants to put a large flashing icon on new members, or members that leave and re-join for personal reasons. Even in larger servers, if someone has to leave and come back for personal reasons, any attempt to make that member feel comfortable by not advertising their need to take a break is shot dead by this feature, and I already know friends who moderate other servers that are not happy about this.

Please, change this. I am actually considering moving the support group away from discord because of this, and I have to imagine anyone in a similar position is also weighing their options.
