Notifications Run Rampant

I get it. Some people can hear beeps and pings and dings and chimes all day, and tune them out.
However, I would like to not hear these things.
I am in a number of Public discord servers, because that is the only place companies send out notifications. I am in these servers, for THESE notifications, and these notifications are in specific channels.
Despite my best efforts (Mute Every Channel UNTIL I TURN BACK ON, ONLY @ ME) I still can not escape.
If a server settings are ONLY AT ME, I would greatly appreciate not hearing a single chime from the server, unless someone directly tags me, or tags a role I have accepted in the server.
It is driving me crazy that I have all of my servers set to "Please for the love of god stop telling me when any of the Three Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Five Members of This Server Are Talking" and I then have to go to each channel individually, and tell all of them, "You have lost the right to give notifications because I have told you only notify me when I am mentioned and here you are, telling me when people are talking".
Furthermore, when I have Muted a channel, Turned off all notifications, none of that matters if the Big Red Number displays on the channel. That is a Visual notification I wish I could turn off for specific channels (like the official warframe, which insists on tagging the entire NEWS role with every tweet, because they're cross-posted in that channel) and I would like a way to say "No audio or visual notifications from this channel"

I hope I have not been too incoherent, I'm tired and a little batty from alt-tabbing again and again, because I'm trying to play a puzzle game and someone in a discord started pinging every channel for help! Regardless of topic! So that starts a conversation, in every channel, and despite the server being set to Only At Mentions, I still got dings for every message in every channel.
