Disabled Discord Account for No Reason

I was playing Rust with my friends after getting home from a month vacation and went to add someone to a call with my friend and got kicked out /disabled out of my account after trying to sign in.. how do I get back in?

    Be sure to check your Gmail for what guidelines you have possibly broken. That should get some further clarification then once so, decide if you want to appeal for your account back.

    That's the thing.. nothing was sent and I am active in only two discords therefore I am not sure why or how it was disabled.
